After having significant car trouble we rolled into the park at 1.30am with two cranky toddlers! The park seamlessly let us set up in a quiet area away from others and were very flexible with our unknown arrangements (due to car trouble). The owners were so great they didn't even charge us a fee for the night... great people!! We are super grateful for their help and hospitality! Highly recommend staying here!
Lovely, well maintained caravan park with plenty of shady spots and a nice pool. Friendly and conscientious staff who put on some activities for the kids. Exercise area for the dogs. Well positioned, close to good restaurants and supermarkets. Close to the start of the very scenic Bairnsdale to Orbost rail trail.
Apprehensive about travelling 5 hours, with so many flood watches around, we decided to still go, and we are so glad we did! We had the best time at NRMA Bairnsdale!
The amenities were in an older building, but the cleanest and best kept I've seen at a holiday park! The bath mats were an incredibly luxurious touch when camping too!
The pouring rain didn't dampen our fun, as we sat in the camp kitchen chatting till the early hours of the morning, without bothering fellow campers! It was ace! We were stoked to still use the awesome wood fire pizza oven, even though it was pouring rain!

Terrific caravan park in an ideal location. The customer service from Tracey and Peter are amazing - they are wonderful, kind and engaging, and also focused on optimising the customer experience. The facilities are well maintained as well. Overall, an excellent experience and we highly recommend this park to others.
We had a delightful stay at this caravan park – impeccably clean, well-organized, and surrounded by many activities to do around Bairnsdale. The owners (Peter) were incredibly friendly, and the ‘Gippy Goodies’ morning coffee and breakfast van (Neil) was the perfect start to each day. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable experience.
Stayed one night on our road trip. Very welcoming. Loved the complimentary bath mat. While the amenities block was 70’s retro is was spotless. Walk to everything. The only negative was the noise of the trucks going past.

My husband and I came to the holiday park basically for a shower and a sleep on our way through. Cost us $73 for a cabin with our nrma road side assistance. We came after hours, the lock box process was seamless and well communicated. The cabin was clean and cozy. Air con/heater, a full kitchen, fresh bedding, towels and soaps - even had tea and a Tim tam waiting for us! Bath mats provided in the very well kept communal bathrooms and a lovely hot shower. The bed was comfortable but a little bit sunken in, it just meant we had to cuddle all night which we didn’t mind haha! Thanks and hats off to the great team who run this place!
